Stabilized trypsin modified with methyltetrazine (MT) for digestion of protein into peptides. MT-Trypsin forms an irreversible covalent link to ProMTag Capture Resin, allowing for the removal of MT-Trypsin from solution during protein digestion.
Every 1 µL of MT-Trypsin will digest 1 µg of protein in 1 hour at 37 °C.
